Naples and Southwest Florida has some desirable neighborhoods to choose from. The whole state is a nice place to live, but any prospective purchaser wanting to move here would be well advised to check out the following areas.
Bay Colony near Pelican Bay is a nice neighborhood that is mainly made up of condos and estate homes very near the coast. Distinguished by its mangroves and excellent beaches. As an upscale neighborhood the property prices are somewhat higher than most others. Prices for a condo $1m up to $10m and a home anything between $1.8 and $15m. The area is protected by gates and an effective security company, so privacy and safety are not a concern.

Gordon Drive is a jewel among jewels. It?s easily one of the prettiest areas of Naples with its palm trees and park bordering the beach. The area is actually made up of Sabre Cay, Little Harbour and Gordon Drive. The area is home to some of the largest estate homes in all of Naples. Condos are more reasonable, from $450k to $600k, but houses start at $1.4m and go right up to $23m!
Hunters Ridge is nestled quietly between Naples and Bonita Springs and is a nicely sized area that isn?t too full of itself. Sitting on 275 acres of countryside, this gated community is more affordable than most of the neighborhood around here with condos ranging from $140k up to $350k and houses from $140k to around $650k.
Old Naples is a charming area that mixes the old traditional with new contemporary. Every palm lined avenue in the area points towards, and ends at the beach. The historical nature of the area means there are some truly old houses around. With the new there are some of the best Naples condos for sale in the region. Condo prices are from $125k up to $3m and the houses from $150k to $14m.
